The mission at Void is to bring a re-emerging physical medium back into your everyday life. Each person has a unique perspective that the world needs to see, and we believe the best way to share that is using a photo-chemical process that pulls out the essence of an image, not just the composition.
Every image is unique, therefore requires special attention. It’s all in the details. We’ve put countless hours into these negatives and scans as if they are our own to deliver images that stop you in your tracks.
We love unique characteristics, high energy and motion blur. We love the still moments with beautiful light and the mundane moments with dingy light. When you start to capture your perspective, you’ll only wish you had started sooner.

Who We Are
Void Film Lab was launched in 2021 by founding members, Josh Etheridge (JEFilms.tv) and Noah Stone (Noahwstone.com). Before this, Virginia had little to offer analogue film shooters. Photographer’s film was shipped out of state for development and scanning if they wanted world class scans.
This was Noah and Josh’s experience until they launched Void Film Lab. After just a few years, Void quickly rose to the top of US film labs, and was named amongst the best film labs in VA on the “Top 100 Film Labs in the US” by Shop Moment. Void receives mail in film orders from around the country, and has made the process especially simple for locals with dropbox’s placed around Lynchburg in community favorite locations. With consistent short turnaround times, industry standard Frontier SP3000 scans, and meticulous attention to color detail in scanning, Void Film Lab has become a reputable and crowd favorite lab in Lynchburg, Virginia, and the US.
